The role is focussed on individual therapy, but may also include running group sessions and parent education sessions.
Interventions occur primarily in clinic, but you may also visit schools and client homes when required.
Little Hands OT is the largest Occupational Therapy clinic in the ACT, offering a supportive environment with a strong team of experienced therapists who are always willing to share their knowledge. Our dedicated admin team takes care of the logistics, so you can focus on what you do best—being an Occupational Therapist.
We provide weekly in person supervision sessions with a senior Occupational Therapist to support your work, as well as fortnightly OT meetings, monthly peer supervision sessions and termly PD reflections to further enhance your skill development and growth.
We offer a New Graduate Development Program to allow early career Occupational Therapists to focus on knowledge and skill acquisition instead of billable hours.
You’ll look after a paediatric caseload of children 0-6 years with high and complex needs (including equipment prescription).
