Lego Club

This group supports older children in developing their fine motor skills while practising social skills in a supported environment.

The children work in small groups and support each other in building a Lego city. Besides fine motor skills, they practise a host of executive functioning skills such as pre-planning, following verbal and visual instruction, staying on task and completing a task to the end.

As with all our groups, parents and caregivers are provided with strategies and ideas to practise at home to continue the learning and ensure lasting change.
